Special Meeting Scheduled

The Skiffes Creek Terrace Board of Directors is seeking to approve the Amended and Restated Declaration as well as the Amended and Restated Bylaws to bring our association within the guidelines of the Property Owners Association Act (POAA).  Owners are asked for their help and participation.  The Board of Directors has scheduled a special meeting on Monday, August 11, 2014, at 6:30 PM to be held at the Skiffes Creek Terrace playground.

In case of rain, the meeting will be held on Thursday, August 14, 2014, at 6:30 PM at the Skiffes Creek Terrace playground.

Draft Declaration and Bylaws can be viewed in HOA Resources / Document Library.

Monthly Association Meeting

Each month the Board of Directors hosts a meeting for residents to learn about what is happening within the community and to offer an opportunity for suggestions from the community.  Our next meeting will be on September 1, 2014 at 7:00 PM at the Abram Frink Community Center (8901 Pocahontas Trail, Williamsburg).  Please plan to join us!

If you have questions or comments for the Board's consideration and cannot attend the meeting, email us no later than August 29 so we can address your concerns at the meeting.
